RETURN POLICY
Goods returned must arrive at Xini concept partner boutique or brand it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your date of delivery. We recommend that you return item within 5-7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant Xini concept's partner’s location within 14 days.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Xini concept can not accept damaged goods. If an order arrives damaged, Xini concept must be informed immediately upon arrival, and a photograph must be sent via email to team@xiniconcept.com .
Goods must be returned new, unused with all available cards and the tags still attached, with their original packaging.
Personalized and Made to Order items may not be returned.
Shoes with a marked sole is not accepted for a return.
Items on sale (including flash/limited time promotion) might not be eligible for return.
Please take care when trying on your purchases. Any return that does not match our Return Policy will not be accepted.
All correctly returned items will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Please note any customs duties you will have borne to receive your order are non-refundable.

Please note all import duties / taxes associated with your returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer and not Xini concept.
Xini concept cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided Return Address in email. Therefore, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please send an email to team@xiniconcept.com mentioning "Return Request" and:
1) your order number, 2) name of item you need to return, 3) quantity of item being returned, 4) reason for return.
Once your Return Request is accepted you will receive an email from Xini concept including the relevant Return Address and recommendation on the most convenient way to return the item(s).
Please send item(s) in the original packaging provided to ensure that the returns are adequately protected in transit.
Once you have shipped out the return package, please share tracking details and proof of shipment with us at team@xiniconcept.com.
Once received to our partner's destination, returned items will undergo a full quality check.
EXCHNAGE POLICY
Did you change your mind about your Xini’s color? Or maybe the size doesn’t fit properly! Smile and don’t worry.
Exchanging your item for a similar item but different size or color is available at Xini concept on most of our items.
Please check Sipping, Returns & Exchange category described beneath each item before purchase.
To exchange an item all you have to do is send an email to team@xiniconcept.com mentioning "Exchange Request" and:
1) your order number, 2) name of item you need to exchange, 3) quantity of item being exchanged, 4) reason for exchange.
Any exchanged item must follow our Return Policy.
Any exchange item that does not match our Return Policy will not be accepted.
Once your Exchange Request is accepted, and once you have shipped out the return package and shared the tracking details and proof of shipment with us at team@xiniconcept.com we will process your request and organize for delivery of the replacement item(s). Please note you might incur additional shipping costs related to your exchange.
Once exchanged items are received to our partner's destination, exchanged items will undergo a full quality check.
Please note all import duties / taxes associated with your returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer and not Xini concept.
Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
We apologize for not being able to exchange or refund any item that is marked as Non-Exchangeable & Non Re-fundable Items.
